Jinx is so fast so dangerous

I pretend to play Xin Zhao as APC but my teammate pick already. So, I pick Jinx to join the League of  Legends game. I don't play Jinx along time ago after her change. I feel her ranger is down. I am not sure how to play right Jinx. We have 2 matches: 1 lose, 1 win.

The 1st match, I choose damage/tank rune. The game is not comfortable . The bot lane contain Morgana and Vayne, they hit me more and more. I have no chance to farm. I always loose versus Vayne in the duel. My damage is greater than Vayne but my attack speed is lower than him. I killed him almost. He survive 60 hp. I try to build up more damage item but it is not effective. All five members surrender this match.

The 2nd match, I choose attack speed/ critical damage. My team pick Lux, Graves, Katarina,  Xin Zhao (junlge). I pick Jinx to troll them instead of tanker/supporter. The begin of the game, Jinx go top with Lux, she complain so much. She want me to leave her alone vs Illaoi. Lux and me die in opponent turret but kill Illaoi. I upgrade Infinite Blade first and burn the top. Katarina keep Anie in the mid lane. Graves destroy Tristina in the bot lane. This match show that Jinx with acttack speed is more powerful.
Her background from wiki:
"Jinx lives to wreak havoc without a thought for consequence, leaving a trail of mayhem and panic in her wake. A manic and impulsive criminal, she despises nothing more than boredom, and gleefully unleashes her own volatile brand of pandemonium to the one place she finds dullest: Piltover. With an arsenal of deadly toys, she unleashes the brightest explosions and loudest blasts - all the better to shock and surprise the hapless authorities. Always just out of the law's reach, Jinx's favorite game is to toy with Piltover's finest - especially Vi..."
As I mention, Jinx should be played in the attack speed way.

Then I deleted the error video. I received a strike notice mail from google. They lead me to the basic guild line as the link: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/185111?hl=en But I don't see the link to appeal form I clicked the link from email, it navigated to my videos dashboard. This disadvantage make me confuse about google system. It can be an error or a new policy that not public yet. I can't wait for a long time about 3 month to make my live stream work. One thing that I remember when I click to the link in the mail box, it show me to the form with acknowledge button, I can't do anything but click to the terrible button. It have two way to appeal this strike: 1. from the channel setting ( but it failed as I said above), 2.from the link of no-reply google mail( it show
