Invalid click activity-it's terrible day

It's a terrible day. I received this message. Here is its content:

"Invalid click activity
We recently detected invalid click activity on your AdSense ads, which is prohibited by the AdSense Program Policies. As a result, we’ve temporarily suspended your account for 30 days. During this time, no ads will be served.
Revenue associated with recent invalid activity, including Google’s share, will be returned to affected advertisers where possible. Deductions will post to your payments history and appear as “Invalid Activity - AdSense for Content.” These deductions may lead to a negative balance.
Clicks on Google ads must result from genuine user interest. Publishers may not ask others to refresh or click their ads. This includes asking for users to support your site, offering rewards to users for viewing ads or performing searches and promising to raise money for third parties for such behavior. Additionally, clicking your own ads, automated clicking tools or traffic sources, robots, and other deceptive software are also prohibited. Please consult theAdSense Program Policies and Terms & Conditions for more information about your responsibilities as an AdSense publisher.
We understand that you may want to know more about the invalid activity we’ve detected. Because this information could be used to circumvent our proprietary detection system, we’re unable to provide you with information about specific account activity, including any web pages, users, or third-party services that may have been involved.
After 30 days from the notification date, we’ll automatically re-enable ad-serving on your account. Please note that if any additional issues are found in your AdSense account in the interim period of suspension or after the suspension ends, your account may be subject to further penalty, and may be permanently disabled.

 I don't know what happen. I am trying push my channel to more audiences. I have just shared my channel to my friend and told them help. Something is wrong here? Google guardian collected info and blocked my activity. We are saying 30 days, too long. How I put appeal form. I must research this mechanic.

 Invalid click activity: some click go to a wrong site?

I registered the "Grow your audience boot camp" event from youtube creator academy. The lesson is good for me to improve my youtube channel named " Explorer Mr Channel ". I take note  my study day by day. Hope this drive me to the top of the world. Here is the day first day I join the course.
