how to register google adsense, it's not easy

My way try to build blog   and get google adsense. The first time, I don't see tab earning. I write about 1 month. The earning tab appears. I follow the guideline to config. I had 1 account google adsense registered from my youtube channel. I think it's easy to mange if we have the same account, so I register for this account. This application is approved and I config to get money from google adsense. The problem is occured: blank ads approach. I login to my google adsense account and view that my ads stand in there. Looking around forums, helps, tips, google guide but I don't solve this problem. The light show me the way some days. I find out my problem with blank ads. You can't use a hosted account adsense created by youtube account, it only use for ads on youtube videos. Waiting about 2 months, I decide change to another account. I switch to this account and fill the information. My unlucky come with an alert form google that I use a same payment information, the google reject it, my pain.
The second time, I research all related this issue. I learn and apply some tricks/tips but the results are zero. I test day by day with many solutions. What is the simple case we can use to success. Back to the start, I register with a new account, a fresh information. It's easy huh, oh, It's not. I receive mail of google adsense said that so sorry about rejeciton  cause of "lack of contents or" "many rules go along with". I change my blogspot in many layouts, templates and hope the google search engine crawl perfectly my site. I reapply in about 3 times and the google don't accept it.

I don't send anymore. I keep to post. My blog is activate. Many cases show that you need your own domain. Basically, the google adsense touch your site in this way. It will approve your application and you can show ads to your own site.
